Delivery Policy

Small Items-

Order by 3pm Monday to Friday for delivery within 1 – 3 working days, this does not include large or bulky orders.  Any orders placed after 3pm Friday and over the weekend will not be dispatched until Monday excluding Public Holidays

Large Items

Larger items such as aquariums or tank equipment can take up to 6 working days to be delivered depending on the item.  Large, bulky items are typically products that weigh over 30kg. However, some items may be classed as large or bulky items even if they weigh less than 30kg due to the products dimensions.

Our Large, Bulky couriers can only deliver to your doorstep and are unable to enter your property. Please ensure someone is on hand to assist at the arranged time of delivery.

Free Delivery Over £150

Shipping is FREE on orders over £150 and can take up to 3 working days for small items and up to 6 working days for larger items.

We will make every effort to deliver all your items together and at the same time, however in some cases your order may arrive in separate consignments.

Returns Policy

Do you accept returns on unwanted items?

Simply return your unwanted item within 28 days of receipt unused, unopened, in its original condition and packaging, your return must be in a re-sellable condition.

You will be liable for the cost of returning the goods to us and must ensure that they are returned in protective packaging. Where an item is damaged or returned otherwise than as per our stated requirements above, we reserve the right to refuse redress.

What is your policy on returning damaged or faulty goods?

We strive to ensure all your purchases reach you in perfect condition. If you receive a delivery and the item is damaged please refuse the delivery.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, you may return this item to us in accordance with your statutory rights.You can return your items purchased online by posting it back or visiting us in store.

In all cases, items will be inspected and if confirmed as faulty we will issue a suitable form of redress (replacement/repair/refund).

If I request a refund how long until this is process

In most instances it can take up to 5 working days before a refund can be processed. If you have not received a notice of a refund please get in touch with us.

I received the incorrect items, what do I do?

Upon delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to check the contents of their packages and inform us of any discrepancies at the earliest opportunity. If you notice you have been given the incorrect items please let us know.
